installation of two NetScreen-100 firewall devices. Netscreen-100 firewalls
are some of the most versatile security products available today, easily
integrated into many different environments, Pty Ltdluding medium and large
enterprise offices and service provider environments. The Netscreen-100's
will add another layer of protection against future hacking attempts for
EZIHosting Pty Ltd.customers.
The two NetScreen 100's are configured in a dual-High Availability mode. If
one NetScreen fails to function, a second unit immediately compensates for
the load, to ensure uninterrupted network security.
The NetScreen-100 is a purpose-built Internet security appliance that
delivers firewall, VPN and traffic shaping optimized for the most demanding
environments such as high traffic e-business sites, co-location facilities,
ASP/ISP data centers and enterprise central sites.
Complete with three auto-sensing 10/100 Base-T Ethernet ports, the
NetScreen-100 performs at near-wire-speed for even the most intense
applications, such as 3DES encryption. The NetScreen-100 supports high
availability, maintaining full session synchronization, including IPSec
Security AssocIiations. Since all sessions and IPSec SAs are maintained
between both devices, the fail-over from the Master device to the Slave
device occurs with near-zero interruption to the network.

Server Hardware
Each shared server is a Quad Core or faster with 4GB + of DDR RAM. Each
server has RAID installed, which allows for redundancy in case or a hard drive
failure. Our servers are custom built to our needs and spare parts are
kept in inventory in case of hardware failure. We keep 5 pre-built machines in
inventory at all times ensuring that if the entire server fails we can swap the
hard disk into another server and have it back online within 5-10 minutes. 
Server Operating System
Each of our shared servers runs a custom version of Fedora Core 3 Linux with Apache
Web Server.
